Junior Product Manager

Qube Markets is building a high-performance trading platform designed for speed, reliability, and intelligent execution.We’re looking for a Product Specialist to work closely with our Product Manager and cross-functional teams to coordinate product delivery from idea to release.If you thrive in a fast-moving startup, love turning strategy into execution, and enjoy working across tech, operations, and business — this role is for you.About Your RoleAs Product Specialist, you will act as the operational engine of the product team — ensuring alignment, clarity, and on-time delivery.You will:Work directly with the Product Manager to execute product roadmap prioritiesTranslate business requirements into clear tickets and documentationCoordinate between engineering, QA, marketing, and operationsTrack sprint progress and delivery milestonesSupport UAT testing and release coordinationMonitor post-release performance and feedbackHelp improve product processes and workflowsWhat We’re Looking For2–5 years experience in Product, Business Analysis, or Project CoordinationExperience in FinTech, trading, or financial services preferredStrong documentation and communication skillsComfortable working with engineering teams (Jira, Confluence, etc.)Detail-oriented with strong follow-throughStartup mindset — proactive, adaptable, accountableBonus if you understand:Trading platforms / CFDsOrder lifecycle & risk flowsClient onboarding journeys
