It’s an exciting time to join the team!The RoleWe’re looking for a Junior Product Manager to join Bridgit’s fast-growing team in Sydney. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s passionate about solving customer problems and eager to make an impact in a high-growth fintech. What you’ll do:
Work with the Product Team to prioritise and track product ideas, features, and improvements. Help scope projects, define tasks, and assist in managing timelines and deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional teams (e. g. tech, design, operations) to ensure smooth product delivery. Translate customer feedback and internal ideas into clear requirements for our developers. Support the testing and rollout of new features, helping ensure a high-quality user experience. Keep documentation, tasks, and updates well-organised using tools like Jira, Confluence or Trello. Be the voice of the customer, help us stay aligned with their needs and expectations.
Assist in gathering and analysing data to inform product decisions. What we’re looking for: 1–3 years’ experience in a related role (e. g. Product Manager, project coordination, operations, marketing, business analysis, or customer success). Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal. A proactive, can-do attitude and comfort with ambiguity. Interest in technology and product development—you don’t need to be technical, but you enjoy working with technical teams. Bonus points for any exposure to tools like Jira, Trello, Notion, or similar.
