Junior Product Owner (Insurance)

ResponsibilitiesDefine and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities.Translate business needs into clear product requirements.Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery.Evaluate and analyze product performance to identify areas for improvement.Lead product development using agile principles.Ensure solutions are aligned with user needs and business goals.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.2–3 years of experience delivering technology solutions and/or working with large-scale enterprise systems.Experience working for an insurance/banking company (preferred)Strong leadership, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to evaluate and propose effective solutions.Strong communication and influencing skills across teams and stakeholders.Deep product mindset, with a strong focus on user experience and needs.Managing teams using agile methodologiesWorking in/with the insurance industryWilling to work on-site (WFO).Willing to work for an insurance company.
