Product Manager - Bibit

As a Product Manager at Bibit, you’ll be responsible for leading teams to develop products that improve the everyday lives of our customers. You’ll build products and features that will evolve Bibit from being an investing service into a full-featured financial institution. In addition, you’ll be responsible for helping to craft a compelling and coordinated product vision and strategy —pushing the envelope on what tomorrow’s experiences will be for millions of customers who are taking an active role in their financial lives.Responsibilities:Manage the full, end-to-end product lifecycle to align with business and market needs.Understand markets, industry landscapes, and user requirements in depth.Launch products and features, test their performance and iterate quickly.Define and analyze metrics to guide product developmentCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to develop and steer product roadmapDelivering delightful consumer experiences that take the uncertainty and fear out of finances.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Strong preference given to Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering background from reputable universities.3+ years experience in product management (technical or non-technical) or related roleHands-on experience in the stock market Passion for financial products and improving people’s financial livesExperience driving elements of the product development lifecycle such as product vision, go-to-market strategy, requirements, and product launch.Experience working with cross-functional (e.g., Engineering, UX/UI, QA, etc.) teams.Preferred qualifications:Master's degree in a technology or business-related field.Experience working on a fintech or finance productExperience managing day-to-day technical and design direction.Demonstrated ability to formulate and drive data-driven decisionsDemonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projectsAbility to influence various stakeholders without direct authority.
