Therefore: Let’s do it!Together with our members, partners, and supporters, we strive to create sustainable change and make a positive impact.Position SummaryTo strengthen our team, we are looking for a Junior Program Coordinator (f/m/d) who is eager to support our projects, grow with us, and actively contribute to our mission. The Junior Program Coordinator will provide essential support to our portfolio of programs and events across multiple jurisdictions in the ULI DACH region, ULI Poland and more. As our initiatives expand in scale and complexity, we need an organised, proactive team member to assist with the day-to-day support, logistics, communications, and stakeholder coordination. This role will help ensure our programs run smoothly, deadlines are met, and our members have an exceptional experience — contributing directly to the success and impact of our mission.Specific ResponsibilitiesProgram coordination support: Assist with the planning, organisation, and implementation of projects, programme and activities.Member and partner communication: Act as a point of contact, respond to inquiries, and help maintain strong relationships with members and partner organizations.Organization & administration: Contribute to documentation, database maintenance, and internal filing.Monitoring & reporting: Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and updates for members, partners, and sponsors.Events & workshops: Assist with planning and delivering of member meetings and events.Research & content support: Conduct background research and prepare supporting materials on relevant topics.Financial & spnosor support: Help with budget overviews, expense documentation, and administrative processes.Marketing & Communitcation: Help and support our market driven marketing and communication activities e.g. support in social media, e-mail communication and other member communication. Experience RequiredCompleted or ongoing studies in Social Sciences, International Relations, Non-Profit Management, or a related field.First experience through internships, volunteering, or student jobs in the NGO or non-profit sector is an advantage.Enthusiasm for organisation and communication – especially in engaging with members and partners.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent English, German and Polish language skills are essential; additional languages are a plus.Team spirit, openness, and genuine interest in urbanism, sustainability, cities, and the built environment.
