Job Title: Associate Delivery ManagerLocation: Newcastle, Manchester or Leeds – Hybrid weeklyContract – Inside IR35Long Term Contract Rate - £350 per day Clearance - BPSS Job Purpose:The Associate Delivery Manager will support Delivery Managers across all phases of project delivery, from Discovery to Live. The role requires strong organisational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.Key Responsibilities:Assist Delivery Managers in all delivery phases of assigned projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to quality standards.Support documentation maintenance, reporting, and tracking of project progress.Coordinate meetings, workshops, and project-related activities with stakeholders.Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment.Provide general project coordination support, including managing schedules, action logs, and follow-ups.Key Projects to Support:New Outlook: Support through Discovery to Alpha phases.Shared Mailbox Remediation: Support through Discovery to Live phases.Purview Exploitation: Support through Discovery to Live phases.Required Experience & Skills:Proven experience in stakeholder management.Strong documentation maintenance and reporting skills.Experience in meeting coordination and project scheduling.Familiarity with project coordination across multiple delivery phases.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with project teams.Desirable Attributes:Previous experience supporting multiple concurrent projects.Familiarity with IT project delivery and Microsoft 365 environments is a plus.
