As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing monitoring, and closing projects within budget and time constraints. You will also coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, manage risks and issues, and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. The position requires an understanding of project management, organizational skills, leadership, and communication skills.Requirements & Skills:Master’s degree in Project Management, Economics, Computer Science, IT or another related fieldFluency in English and BulgarianAt least 1 year of experience in project management (preferably in the banking or financial services industry)Ability to manage complex and cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and dependenciesCertification with international Project Management Standards (i.e. PMI (CAPM/PMP), Prince2, IPMA) (advantage)Software development cycle expertise and knowledge (e.g. SDLC, ITIL) (advantage)Systems integrations & data migration expertise and knowledge (advantage)Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, M365Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsAttitude:Motivated to be part of a big organizational transformationOpen to work in and lead a cross-functional teamsCreative thinker with a vision.
