Junior Project Manager

Location: BGC, TaguigSchedule: Nigh ShiftWork set-up: Hybrid1–3 years of project management experience, preferably in HR or business operationsFamiliarity with system implementation or configuration projects (e.g., HRIS, case management tools)Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Excel or similar)Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skillsExperience working in a matrixed or cross-functional environmentClear communicator with the ability to translate project needs across business and technical teamsStrong organizational skills with attention to detailSelf-starter who can manage multiple moving parts with minimal supervisionAdaptable and composed in fast-paced, ambiguous situationsComfortable working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional contributors
