Junior Quality Manager Operations (w/m/o)

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Junior Quality Manager Operations (maternity leave cover) , located in Sofia, with a focus on the German market, to join our highly motivated and inspired team at Zentiva.What Would Be Your Main Responsibilities Developing and ensuring compliance with quality plans and programs Supervision of inspections by the supervisory authority as part of the manufacturing and wholesale license Continuous improvement of products, manufacturing and control processes in cooperation with contract manufacturers Implementation of regulatory compliance in cooperation with the Regulatory Affairs Manager Monitoring Group quality specifications and their implementation in the local QMS Cooperation and contact person for Supply Chain in all matters relating to batch release Preparation of batch release (test protocol) Carrying out all necessary checks for wholesale releases Processing deviations regarding storage and transportation Completion of supplier questionnaires Applying for official documents (customs documents, update of manufacturing and import permits) Processing returns Management of the NMVS (ACS) as contact person and local business owner Contact person for external warehouses for all questions relating to transport deviations, release documentation and returns. Maintenance and update of the manufacturing and wholesale authorization Launch/transfer management (change control, master data maintenance, etc.).We Need You To Have University Degree in pharmacy, human / veterinary medicine or natural sciences At least 1 year experience as a Junior Quality Manager in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in a sales and marketing oriented company Sound knowledge and experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, development or testing Strong knowledge of the legal and official regulations of the EU and Germany (GMP, AMG, AMWHV, BtMG, MPG) Knowledge of drug approval Very good user skills in Excel, Access and PowerPoint Business fluent in English and German language, B1It is crucial for us to have satisfied employees.
