Role: Junior Quant DeveloperLocation: LondonType: HybridWe’re representing a leading global trading firm seeking a talented Risk Technology Developer to join their Front Office Technology group. This team builds and enhances the firm’s in-house pricing, PnL, and risk platforms—core systems used daily by portfolio managers, risk managers, and finance teams. You’ll be working alongside world-class technologists, quants, and traders to deliver high-performance, business-critical solutions in a fast-paced trading environment.What you’ll do:Design, develop, and enhance core pricing and risk systems used across global trading desksBuild scalable, high-performance solutions in C# and contribute to the firm’s quant and risk librariesPartner closely with trading and quant teams to deliver new features and front-office toolsSupport and extend Python and Excel-based analytics used across the businessBalance rapid delivery for day-to-day enhancements with long-term strategic projectsWhat you’ll bring:Strong proficiency in C# and solid understanding of object-oriented programmingGood knowledge of financial instruments (derivatives or structured products)Experience with Python for data analysis or automationFamiliarity with SQL Server and relational database designAround 2+ years’ experience in a pricing, risk, or front-office technology roleIf you’re a delivery-focused developer with a passion for financial markets and cutting-edge technology, apply below to find out more.
