The successful candidate will be responsible for measurement tasks, supporting cost estimation, and assisting with project documentation. Familiarity with CCS software is highly desirable.Key ResponsibilitiesMeasure quantities from drawings and specificationsAssist in preparing cost estimates and tender documentationSupport the QS in project cost control and reportingMaintain accurate records of project data and measurementsRequirements1-4 years' experience in quantity surveying, preferably in a construction environmentProficient in measurement techniques and quantity take-offsExperience with CCS software preferredStrong numerical and analytical skillsRelevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction ManagementSkills & AttributesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHigh level of accuracy and professionalismGood organizational and problem-solving abilities
