Junior R&D Engineer

This position also involves managing pilot line extrusion the position will reporting directly to R&D Engineer at Halol Plant.ResponsibilitiesConducting trials, sample preparation, and required developmentComplete NPD Projects as per agreed timelineExecute the assigned developmental experimental plan, check and issue RM in SAP required for trial and sample preparationCoordinate and run trials (on R&D pilot line) with the support of operator as assigned from time to timeInjection moulding, lab testing, and provide results of trial runs within agreed timelinesEnsuring due documentation like:Work order generationExtrusion process parametersQC Control PlanFG upload in SAPWork on key strategic internal projects based on R&D and Supply Chain inputPerform assigned activities as per agreed timelineDeliver desired resultsSuggest improvementsExecute planned FG/SFG production in pilot line as production supportProduce small quantity FG and SFG production lotsEnsure due documentation like:Work order generationExtrusion process parametersQC Control PlanFG upload in SAP Technical RequirementsPolymer Material KnowledgePolymer compounding, extrusion and injection mouldingColour developmentAnalytical approachComputer skills – MS Office Job RequirementsGraduation in Science / Diploma in Polymer / CIPETExperience: Minimum 1–2 yearAchievement orientationCommunicationPlanning and executionInterface skillsLocation: Halol - Gujarat
