About The OpportunityA remote role within the Customer Experience (CX) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector, supporting cloud-enabled contact center and talent solutions for clients across India. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in recruitment and talent acquisition while working fully remote.Role & ResponsibilitiesSource candidates across job boards, LinkedIn, and social media using targeted searches and Boolean techniques.Review resumes and conduct structured initial phone screenings to assess fit against role requirements.Post and manage job listings; update and maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers; ensure timely candidate communication and feedback.Support offer administration and basic onboarding tasks (document collection, joining formalities).Track recruitment metrics and prepare simple status reports to help optimise sourcing pipelines.Skills & QualificationsMust-HaveExperience using LinkedIn and other job portals for candidate sourcing.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate data entry.Practical knowledge of Boolean search techniques for sourcing.Ability to perform concise and objective phone/initial screenings.Basic proficiency in MS Excel for tracking and reporting.PreferredExperience with specific ATS platforms (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Freshteam).Exposure to high-volume or campus hiring campaigns.Benefits & Culture HighlightsFully remote role with flexible working hours suited to India-based candidates.Stipend / compensation up toStructured onboarding and hands-on training to build recruitment skills and career progression.To apply, ensure your CV highlights sourcing examples, ATS experience, and any measurable hiring support you've provided.
