The ideal candidate should be strong in recruitment, employee engagement, HR policies, and day-to-day HR management within a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processesMaintain employee records and HR documentationDevelop and implement HR policies and proceduresHandle employee grievances, performance discussions, and conflict resolutionOversee attendance, payroll coordination, and complianceSupport employee engagement activities and ensure a positive work cultureCoordinate exit interviews and manage the full & final processRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum 2–4 years of experience in HR managementStrong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsGood understanding of HR policies, labour laws, and HRIS toolsExperience in the entertainment or media industry is a plusWork Schedule:Full-time, Onsite
