You will be responsible for implementing critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas, supporting various business functions to achieve the firm’s business objectives.Job ResponsibilitiesExecutes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problemsCreates secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systemsProduces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while being accountable for ensuring design constraints are met by software code developmentGathers, analyzes, synthesizes, and develops visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets in service of continuous improvement of software applications and systemsProactively identifies hidden problems and patterns in data and uses these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architectureContributes to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologiesAdds to team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respectRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsFormal training or certification on UI concepts and 3+ years applied experienceProficient in ReactJs, Redux, React hooks. Proficiency using GIT for source controlHands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stabilityProficient in coding in Javascript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, Responsiveness and Accessibility.Strong understanding of front-end coding and development technologiesExperience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languagesPractice of Clean code principles, TDD and React Testing Library, Playwright end-to-end testing.Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And SkillsFamiliarity with modern front-end technologiesOverall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle coupled with solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and SecurityDemonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline in cloudExposure to cloud technologiesABOUT US
