About the roleWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Regulatory Services Officer to join our Regulatory Services team in Luxembourg.In this role, you will support the team in managing FATCA and CRS obligations for a wide range of clients, assisting with documentation collection, data review, and regulatory reporting. This is an ideal position for a recent graduate eager to learn and develop in a collaborative and international environment. You will work closely with senior team members reporting to the Regulatory Services Manager.Assist the team with the preparation and submission of FATCA and CRS reports.Support the collection, review, and verification of client documentation, including due diligence files and UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner) analyses.Coordinate with the team to request, clarify, and follow up on missing or incomplete information.Maintain internal databases and compliance trackers to ensure information is accurate and up to date.Help prepare working files, control sheets, and internal summaries for FATCA/CRS monitoring and reporting.
