Junior Sales Executive

Position: Junior Sales Executive Company: Sand Castle Group Office Location: Kawran Bazar, DhakaAbout the Role: Sand Castle Group is looking for a motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves managing sales and customer relations for Sand Castle Beach Resort (St. Martin’s Island) and Sand Castle Nature Retreat (Manikganj).Key Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries and bookings through our hotline and online platforms for Sand Castle Beach Resort.Promote and sell Sand Castle Nature Retreat’s share and membership packages across various channels and partner networks.Communicate effectively with clients, travel agents, and partners.Prepare daily sales reports and share updates with management.Support marketing and promotional activities when required.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Tourism, or Business).1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service (hospitality/tourism background preferred).Strong communication skills in Bangla and English.Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.Familiarity with social media and online booking channels is an advantage.Workplace:Based at Kawran Bazar, Dhaka.Occasional travel to St. Martin’s Island and Manikganj as needed.Compensation: Attractive salary package with sales incentives and performance bonuses.How to Apply: Send your CV to sandcastlebeachresort0@gmail.com with the subject line: 👉 Application – Junior Sales Executive
