We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Junior Sales Lead Generator to join the team of a U.S.-based company.This role is key in the early stages of the sales cycle, focusing on identifying potential clients, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline through strategic outreach.✅ResponsibilitiesIdentify and prospect small and mid-sized businesses that fit the target customer profile.Qualify leads and schedule introductory meetings for the sales team.Educate prospects on service offerings and how they can support business needs.Research market trends and client challenges to personalize outreach strategies.Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.Maintain continuous follow-up with prospects to guide them through the sales funnel.Log and manage all interactions, activities, and lead information in CRM systems.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions throughout the sales process.🔍Qualifications*1 year of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or appointment setting.*Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.*Ability to work independently as well as within a team.*Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales platforms.🗣ENGLISH LEVEL: ADVANCED - MUST📅Schedule: Monday to Friday - from 11am until 8pm ARG (due to time zone difference with the U.S. Central Time Zone) - MANDATORY📍100% on-site at our offices located in Ciudad Autonoma de Buenos Aires (MUST)💵USD SalaryApply now to become part of the Solvo Global team! 🚀🐺
