Rooted in Bali, our creativity flows from its culture of balance, community, and storytelling.PurposeTo simplify marketing for brands, helping them grow their business and create stories that connect with people.VisionTo be Bali’s most trusted performance marketing agency, blending technology, creativity, and cultural authenticity.Key ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Relationship BuildingIdentify and reach out to potential clients across hospitality, real estate, retail, and lifestyle sectors etcThis role will be 100% focused on business development helping Ads Bali win new clients Comfortable at owning sales targets and having a clear sales plan to achieve quarterly business goals  Pitch Ads Bali’s services (social media, performance ads, and website solutions).Build and maintain long-term relationships with leads and clients.Follow up on inbound leads from Ads Bali’s marketing channels (Meta, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).Sales Operations & CoordinationPrepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements in coordination with the leadership team.Maintain CRM updates and sales tracking dashboards (ClickUp, Sheets, or similar).Work with the creative and performance teams to ensure client needs are clearly briefed and delivered.Support in organizing client meetings, presentations, and reporting sessions.Performance & GrowthAchieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through consistent pipeline management.Proactively suggest ways to improve lead quality, conversion process, and customer experience.Stay updated on marketing trends, local business opportunities, and Ads Bali’s evolving service offerings.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications (or equivalent experience).1–3 years of experience in sales, client servicing, or business development (agency or creative background preferred).Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.Confident, persuasive, and people-oriented personality.Strong organizational and follow-up skills.Familiar with digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
