Due to recent client wins we are looking to add a new face to our growing team to start in January 2026. Our team combines expertise in design, marketing, data and strategy to drive commercial impact.The RoleWe are looking for a Junior SEO Executive to join our team. You’ll learn from top SEO marketers about strategy, measurement, and execution for high-growth clients, ensuring their campaigns are data-driven, scalable, and commercially impactful. While your core focus remains SEO, you will expand to collaborate across paid, web, social & creative teams to contribute to integrated, multi-channel campaigns.ResponsibilitiesSEO ImplementationLearn the basics of SEO / GEO from extremely talented colleagues in the SEO space.Campaign Management & ExecutionOversee clients & assist with the execution of strategies designed to grow their online visibility & presence. Track relevant keywords, develop content strategies & learn technical SEO skills. Measurement & ReportingMonthly reporting across key client accounts.Team Collaboration & SupportWork with multiple SEO Specialists and receive world class, mentorship & training.Contribute to internal process development and help shape scalable, repeatable performance processes.Your Background1-2 years of SEO experience, or a graduate with an interest in learning within a marketing agency setting.Eagerness to learn.Based in Sydney and have Australian working rights.The Interview Process[1st Stage] 15min Intro call with Head of Digital to discuss your experience and suitability for the role.[2nd Stage] In person meeting with Co Founder / Head of Digital at our office.Remuneration$55k - $65k [Based on experience]
