Our core focus is on providing seamless solutions that add real value for our customers.Job Location: Gulberg Lahore Pakistan.Job Conditions: Onsite, full time, 02:00 pm to 11:00 pm PKTReport to: Chief Software ArchitectRole and Responsibilities:Associate Software Architect will be working in a team lead role and collaborating across functions of Software Development Team, will get an opportunity to work in a wide array of tech stacks and software projects.Mainly assisting in providing architecture and development solutions and ensure the delivery of high-quality, robust, and scalable solutions.He will be assisting in all the designs technology architecture to align with enterprise standards, processes, procedures, and targets. Work with the development team to translate the software architecture into designWork closely with scrum master, development, quality assurance, and DevOps teamsActively doing software development & rest processesPartner with others inside and outside the engineering organization to gather all requirements to formulate the appropriate architecture required to provide system functionality, deciding when to advocate, and when to compromise, to arrive at a mutually acceptable solutionAssist in setting up standards, reference architectures, Technology selectionAssist to define technology architecture principles to provide guidance to the technology architecture.Build early prototypes and validate them for technical design and performanceUnderstand the long-term business objectives and suggest technical strategies to meet those objectives by introducing innovation through technologyBe responsive and decisive on adjusting our product architecture as customer requirements, market conditions and technologies evolveResearch and identify current and future technology services and industry standards and technology architecture viewpoints to address stakeholders' concerns.Select and use tools and repositories to collect and manage architecture information and artefacts.Training and supervising the junior software developers in architect and development solutionsSkills and Requirements:Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience of software development in highly trafficked websites and or mobile apps.Minimum 2+ years of experience in an Architect Role in large scale software development projectsStrong knowledge of designing architectures using best practices Design Pattern and SOLID PrinciplesStrong knowledge and hands-on experience in core languages .Net Core, C#, ReactJs, AngularExperience in Android and iOS Native Mobile Applications and React Native will be preferredShould have strong database design and development skills in Relational DBMS, core Data Stores, SQLShould have experience in integrations (BizTalk, LogicApp, MuleSoft, ADF, or custom middle ware - experience in any one of these will suffice)Strong continuous integration, DevOps, Application Performance Monitoring KnowledgeExperienced in Designing and Development Restful Services, Asp.Net & Micro Services SolutionsFluent in cloud orchestration and deployments across Azure otherwise AWS nice to haveExperience managing all areas of the tech stack, front-end, back-end, middle-tier and managing monolith to microservices conversions.Knowledge and experience in best-practices engineering processes, methodologies, platforms such as Agile, Service Oriented Architecture, separation of concern, redundancy, and high scalability.Good written and verbal communication, presentation, and listening skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences.Exposure to Git Version Control Systems and Azure CICD PipelineBachelors or masters degree in computer science or relevant.
