Junior Software Engineer

Do you want to work directly with a founder building a next-generation suite of SaaS products for enterprises across Southeast Asia?This is an opportunity to help shape not only our software, but also our engineering culture from day one.Responsibilities:Build and improve our Next.js frontend (React, Tailwind, TypeScript).Develop Mobile Apps in React NativeTranslate product needs into clean, reusable components with great UI/UX.Fix bugs, improve UX, and proactively spot frontend issues.Work directly with the founder (a full-stack engineer) and learn fast by doing.Collaborate with backend engineers to build efficient, well-integrated features.Use tools like Cursor, Copilot, or Figma productively (not blindly).Contribute to documentation, component libraries, and team knowledge base.Learn how to work in a real product team, with CI/CD, version control, and testing workflows.Qualifications:Must-havesSolid experience with Next.js, React Native, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS — from real projects or personal work.Strong interest and ability in UI/UX design thinking — layouts, interactions, flows.Basic full-stack understanding — REST APIs, backend structure, deployment flow.High motivation, willingness to learn, and comfort working in fast-paced environments.Clear communication, initiative, and a strong sense of ownership.Highly valuedExperience shipping a mobile app to production.Familiarity with frontend testing tools (e.g. Jest) and CI/CD workflows.Awareness of security best practices like XSS protection, token handling, etc.Experience with design systems or frontend documentation.Previous startup or freelance experience.Benefits:Work directly with the founder — and learn by building.Ship features that are used by real users, not stuck in backlog hell.Be part of the founding team — your work will shape the company.Gain end-to-end product experience, not just ticket-tapping.High ownership.
