Company DescriptionJob DescriptionThe B2P (Business to Partner) department looks after our (tourism) distribution partners, such as Expedia or Booking.com, all over the world. From online travel agencies to rental car brokers, from meta channels to multimodal platforms - together with our colleagues, we ensure that customers always find their perfect SIXT rental car for their next trip. No matter which platform they start their search on and where they want to travel. You will enrich our team by closely following market trends and performance, developing and enlarging our product portfolio, identifying additional business opportunities and implementing and carrying out cross-functional projectsYOUR ROLE AT SIXTYou take over the market management of partner business for a portfolio of Franchisees in Europe and worldwide, serving as first level contact and managing the operational day to day business. You are responsible for training formats, developing and adapting products to local needs, performing quality checks and facilitating partner sales opportunities. You closely cooperate with Franchisees as well as with internal Sixt departments such as operations, accounting, pricing, sales, etc. to solve operational requests and align on strategic growth pillars. You create and regularly update relevant documentation, perform monitorings & performance analysis and exchange ideas with your counterparts around opportunities and measures to further grow partner business globally. You develop market intelligence and competitor monitoring to support with detailed information & ad hoc analysis. You standardize and improve reports to track KPIs and overall B2P developments for different stakeholders, and regularly analyze and steer results. Your Skills MatterYou hold a bachelor’s degree (e.g., in Business Administration) and/or have experience in a similar role within the car rental, tourism, e-commerce or related industries. You are passionate about the mobility and tourism sectors, with a solid understanding of global travel trends and key players. You demonstrate a strong service mentality, eagerness to learn, and excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus). You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and have strong analytical skills to derive actions from KPIs. You excel at structuring and summarizing key insights, delivering clear messages and findings. You efficiently organize workflows, manage complex processes, and build seamless cross-functional collaboration.
