This will significantly increase your chances of success_____________________________________________________________We are looking for a Senior Application Support Engineer with strong experience in end-to-end service delivery for business-critical applications. This position plays a key role in ensuring system stability, handling complex incidents, and driving continuous improvement within a high-demand production environment.Important: Your CV must clearly show senior-level experience in application support, incident/problem management, and fluency in English (French is a plus).About The RoleAs a Senior Support Engineer, you will provide both technical and functional support across multiple applications, coordinating closely with development, production, and infrastructure teams. You will act as a key escalation point, ensuring timely resolution of complex issues, preparing production releases, and implementing proactive measures to improve system reliability and performance.Key Responsibilities Lead the classification, prioritization, and resolution of incidents and service requests Oversee the full incident lifecycle, ensuring timely restoration of services Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend preventive actions Prepare operational and incident reports (daily and major event summaries) Coordinate with ADM, Production, and Infrastructure teams on escalations Prepare and execute pre-production and release testing Maintain and update operating procedures and knowledge documentation Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for processes and tools Act as a senior point of contact during critical or emergency situationsTechnical Expertise Strong command of SQL and database query optimization Solid experience in Windows environments Proficiency with Dynatrace and Control-M monitoring tools Familiarity with cloud environments (DMZR) Hands-on knowledge of Ansible and Jenkins for automation and CI/CD Proven ability to manage application performance and reliability in production ITIL Certification – MandatoryLanguages English – Fluent (mandatory) French – Basic knowledge (nice to have)Soft Skills Excellent communication and coordination abilities Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Proactive, innovative, and quality-driven attitude Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and service excellence Ability to perform under pressure and manage high workloads Flexibility to support extended shifts, emergency coverage, or weekend activities✅ ImportantYour CV Must Clearly Include 6+ years in application support or service delivery Experience managing complex incidents and production stability SQL / Windows / Jenkins / Ansible / Dynatrace / Control-M skills ITIL certification Fluency in EnglishKeywords Senior Application Support Service Delivery Incident & Problem Management SQL / Windows / Dynatrace / Control-M Ansible / Jenkins / CI/CD Cloud (DMZR) ITIL Certified Continuous Improvement Production Environment#CI
