You’ll work closely with hiring managers, senior recruiters, and HR partners to ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience.Key Responsibilities:Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels.Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment events.Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS).Collaborate with senior recruiters on strategic hiring projects.Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.YOUR PROFILEA Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.Strong communication skills in English and Dutch or French.A proactive mindset with a passion for recruitment and people.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, or ATS tools is a plus.WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?At Capgemini, we believe in diversity, equal opportunities, and a workplace where everyone feels valued.
