Here at Ailytics, we’re building AI solutions to envision a safer world. By combining computer vision and predictive analytics, we enable organizations to proactively identify risks, optimize processes, and ultimately save lives. Our platforms are currently deployed all over the world, covering more than 300 million square meters! This opening would be the #2 hire in our Talent and Branding team. You’ll be supporting recruitment efforts for our Singapore HQ, international offices in Indonesia and Hong Kong, as well as remote hires in APAC. Depending on experience/interest, you’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to our branding and organizational development initiatives.All direct applicants to this posting will be considered. You are also welcome to just contact our current Talent and Branding person directly about this.What You Will Be DoingYou’ll have a front row seat and a direct impact to the continued growth of Ailytics. You’ll be involved in end-to-end recruitment for technical, business, and operational positions across APACWork closely with Senior Management and the rest of the Talent and Branding team to formulate employer branding strategiesDevelop relationships with universities, bootcamps, and other educational institutions to create a pipeline of early career talentAssist with external marketing initiatives, which can include attending exhibitions, crafting of marketing materials, and branding redesignsConstruct initiatives to enhance our internal employee engagement. Our company is still in a nascent stage in this area.Our Ideal RequirementsAny sort of prior recruitment experience. We’re open to those with experience in recruitment agency or in-house backgrounds. Prior experience in a general HR role that included recruitment would also be considered.Comfort working with limited resources and direction. This will be a true startup experience with less tools, less gameplans, but more freedom.Any sort of past design experience would be a nice-to-have. We’re not looking for a designer, just that some aptitude in this area would be nice.Past web building experience would also be a nice-to-have.
