(Junior) Trade Marketing Manager

Job Description

You will manage trade marketing strategy and task for multitude of brands and the brand strategy for tail brands of a group of categories within the portfolio in the DACH Region.Key Responsibilities:Own and develop trade marketing strategies for key strategic brands within the portfolio.Develop and activate efficient strategy for tail brands in coordination with Sales and E-Commerce team.Create trade marketing plans for each brand, implementing below-the-line activations ensuring relevant performance measurement.Manage promotions with excellent project management skills.Provide product training and materials for internal sales and external medical teams.Collaborate with external service agencies (e.g. packaging design, media & advertising) and cross-functional teams (sales, innovation, regulatory, supply & logistics).Secure in-depth market knowledge (sell-in & sell-out), analysing trends, competitors, and customer data.Report to the Senior Brand Manager on trade marketing performance, market insights and tail brand strategy.Experience Profile: Master’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience (minimum 1-3 years) as trade marketing specialist or in a similar role. Preferred: Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, FMCG, or beauty sector. Fluent in German and English, with the ability to confidently deliver presentations in both languages. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong strategic and analytical skills, coupled with a robust entrepreneurial spirit. Result-oriented with a no-nonsense approach and a strong team player. Proficient in using marketing tools and software.
