Junior trainer

We’re looking for our next Trainer!If you’re passionate about helping others grow and turning complex processes into simple, clear learning experiences this might be the role for you.What you’ll do:Prepare easy-to-follow training guides, manuals, and materials.Identify knowledge gaps and design targeted refreshers.Collaborate with Team Leads to standardize best practices and boost performance.Track learning results and continuously improve your sessions.What we’re looking for:English level: Advanced (C1–C2).At least 1 year of experience Experience training or onboarding new team members.Confident creating materials in Word, Excel, PowerPoint Work model: HybridIf you’re ready to empower others and grow with a dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you!
