Junior UX/UI Designer

You’ll collaborate withcross-functional teams to turn complex concepts into elegant, user-friendly experiencesthat make working with AI feel clear, approachable and purposeful.ResponsibilitiesDesign clean, accessible, and scalable interfaces across Adaly’s web applicationTranslate user needs and product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, andfinal designsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, andDesign, to refine and execute on platform experiencesContribute to the Adaly Design System for consistent components andinteractionsSupport usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate based on insightsPrepare design specifications and assets for seamless developer handoffQualificationsBachelor's degree in Design or related field, (Industrial/Product, UX/UI,Graphic)0–2 years of experience in UX/UI, Product Design, or Visual Design (internshipor freelance experience accepted)Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems and responsive designStrong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color, and layoutExcellent communication skills and attention to detailPreferredInterest in the AI and technology space, accessibility awareness, and eagerness tolearn in a fast-paced environment.LocationRemote (GTA preferred)CompensationCompetitive salary, mentorship, and potential equity option
