We blend creativity and technology to honour the dignity of farmers and frontline workers.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a junior video editor to support our creative team in producing cinematic, mission-driven content. This role is ideal for someone with foundational editing skills who is eager to learn under expert guidance and grow in a collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities• Edit videos for campaigns, leadership visits, and farmer stories.• Organize raw footage, sync audio, and apply transitions/effects.• Assist senior creatives in motion design and storytelling projects.• Ensure consistency with Agrigate’s brand identity and visual style.• Continuously improve skills through mentorship and feedback.Qualifications• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Additional certification or short courses in film, media, video editing, or motion design will be considered an advantage.• Work Experience: 1–2 years in video editing or related creative work. Freshers are encouraged to apply.• Software Tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut Desktop Pro, After Effects, Adobe Podcast.• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.Salary• 20K–30K BDT per month (based on experience and skills).
