🌐 Junior Web Designer (Bilingual) – Flare BBDO 📍 Bogotá, Colombia | Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remoteFlare BBDO is looking for a Junior Web Designer to join our team and support a high-profile brand alliance partner within a global consumer technology account. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in digital design systems, hands-on experience with Figma and Zeplin, and a passion for crafting seamless, user-centered digital experiences.🔧 ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute on-brand digital assets for websites, banners, social media, and video content.Ensure consistency across all visuals by following brand guidelines and design systems.Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to define UX flows and interface components.Build and evolve scalable design system components.Participate in UX workshops, brainstorming sessions, and design reviews.Provide clear documentation and specs for development teams.Stay up to date with design trends and emerging technologies.🎓 QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Graphic or Digital Design (or equivalent experience).1–3 years in a creative agency or similar environment (strong portfolios from recent grads welcome).Proficiency in Figma, Zeplin, and Adobe Creative Suite.Experience with UX flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Detail-oriented with a commitment to pixel-perfect execution.Knowledge of marketing, usability, accessibility, and interaction design.
