Job Offer: Jurist Company: Korte Law Firm Location: Rabat, Morocco Position: Jurist / Legal Associate  Employment Type: Full-time. We are seeking a highly capable Jurist to join our team. Our ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, a solid foundation in Moroccan law including corporate/commercial law, contracts, regulatory compliance, and a collaborative approach that supports our client-centered philosophy. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents with precision and clarity. Conduct legal research on complex issues, synthesize findings, and prepare legal opinions. Assist in case preparation, including discovery, writing memos and briefs. Monitor regulatory developments relevant to the firm’s practice areas and advise on compliance implications. Maintain meticulous file management and timesheets; ensure compliance with firm policies and ethical standards. Qualifications Master's degree in law from an accredited institution. 1–2 years of relevant legal experience, preferably within an international law firm. Fluency in English, French and Arabic. How to Apply Please submit: Your updated CV or resume A cover letter outlining your motivation, relevant experience, and why you’re a good fit for Korte Law Firm Optional: references or letters of recommendation Application Email: [yg@korte-law.com]
