ResponsibilitiesTo conceptualize and implement business strategy for OEMs & Direct Sales Business – Monthly & annual plan submission on a timely basis.GMVC Management – Review the performance at each account and product level and ensure business is profitable and meets the GMVC targets.To ensure proper business relations with OEMs and to work towards new genuine oil tie-ups with OEMs as per the devised strategy.To ensure detailed mapping of accounts including contact matrix , opportunity list and timely updation of the details. Apply consultative and benefit selling skillsTo maintain accurate market information on business environment.To maintain a clear and accurate knowledge of competition activities & products related to OEM business.To have a proactive approach with regard to the future requirement of the market and suggest changes / additions.Conduct periodic training / activity at Key customers targeting multiple stake holders.To ensure best customer experience by managing smooth supply of products, timely response to all queries/ concerns raised by OEM’sEnsure collection of receivables in accordance with credit policy.Coordinate with the sales coordinators for royalty payments on time.Conceptualize and execute market support activities with the OEM.Ensure all aspects of the company’s Health and Safety Policy are adhered to.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in BusinessMechanical Engineering Graduate7-8 years' of relevant work experience with OEM/B2B (preferably from lubricants)Excellent written and verbal communication skills
