As a Key Account Manager Fleet Mobility, you’ll play a key role in delivering our commitment to sustainability and efficiency through innovative and customizable offerings, including the cutting-edge Total Mobility modular offer and our newest unique worry-free tire management solution, Tires As a Service. With these solutions, Goodyear is not just a tire provider; we are a strategic partner, empowering fleets to optimize their operations for the future.What You’ll DoStrategic Account Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans leveraging Goodyear’s Total Mobility offerRelationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in large and medium-sized fleetsSolution Selling: Align Goodyear’s products and services with customer sustainability and efficiency goals through solution sellingProblem-Solving: Address customer issues with innovative, tailored solutionsConsulting: Collaborate with fleet clients to identify operational improvementsBusiness Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across existing and potential clientsOrchestrate cross‑functional execution with service, operations, finance, and product teams to meet Service Level Agreements and ensure seamless delivery.What You'll BringBachelor’s degree in business economics or equivalent practical experienceProven experience in fleet management, tire sales, telematics, or B2B accounts (preferably in automotive), with a track record in strategic account planning and business developmentProficiency in Polish and English, both written and spokenStrong understanding of solution selling and balancing products, services, and solutionsProven ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders through strong interpersonal and communication skillsAnalytical, results-oriented professional with strong problem-solving skills and financial acumenProficient in sales process discipline and CRM management, with a proven ability to drive change and innovationWe welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
