The KAM will proactively manage stakeholders and create value for patients through scientific stakeholder engagement, commercial projects and communications. The KAM will independently initiate planned commercial activities, including scientific presentations, discussion of clinical data and programs. Therefore, the KAM will identify, develop and maintain collaborative relationships with KOLs and medical scientific experts.The KAM will deliver high quality and scientific communication externally as well as internally in line with defined plans. The KAM will provide field feedback as appropriate through dynamic stakeholder engagement and support the local organization in the development of tactics and provide input to brand plans.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, develop and maintain collaborative relationships with KOLs, scientific experts and other medical scientific stakeholders in nephrology for Aspaveli in the field of nephrology and maintain and further develop relationships with the hematology target group in Belgium (south) and GDL for Doptelet in the indication of ITP and Aspaveli in the indication of PNH.Deliver high quality scientific communications in line with defined communication plans.Support/Organization of local events with the appropriate key stakeholders.Support medical team on the local level if necessary.Attend relevant local, regional and global congresses and symposia to represent Sobi and interact with appropriate stakeholders and customers.Represent the scientific interests in internal and external forums and interact with multiple stakeholders (doctors, pharmacists, labs, nurses, …)Maintain and develop strong relationships with scientific societies and central decision makers at relevant local health authorities.Provide advice to the organization and management on medical matters and their legal implications.Safeguard that the medical and scientific knowledge for the therapeutic area remains at the forefront of contemporary thinking; remain updated on therapeutic trends related to new and existing products.Ensure high standard of professionalism to develop and maintain “peer-to-peer” scientific relationship with KOLs.QualificationsEducation/Learning Experience/Work Experience/ Skills/Knowledge/LanguagesExperienced in Belgium (south)/Luxembourg nephrology/hematology treatment landscape/setting with 2-3 years, knowing the key HCPs and networkExperience with new products, pre-launch and launch activities, planning and strategy execution.Scientific efficiency: ability to process and translate scientific information, data, publications, etc into clinical and practical advantages towards hcp’sIn-depth knowledge of national healthcare systems, practices and decision making of both Belgium and Luxemburg.Ability to create and network with KOLs at national level.Target-oriented and result-driven: develop and execute account planKnowledge of regulatory, safety, legal, compliance and reporting requirementsExperience in communicating and building relations with diverse internal/external stakeholders.Embrace an omnichannel approach (collecting opt-ins, working with Veeva approved emails, delivering added services with IT applications such as patient apps, Sobi PRO etc)Fluency in French and English.
