Backend Chapter Lead (Ecosystem Platform & ID)

Ümumi məlumatBirbank is looking for a Back-End Developer Chapter Lead to lead the development team in building and maintaining the bank’s back-end systems. This role is key in ensuring the design, development, and optimization of high-performance server-side applications, while driving innovation and technical excellence within the team. As the Chapter Lead, you will manage a group of back-end developers, helping them grow professionally while overseeing the technical quality and scalability of the bank’s back-end systems. Drive the technical direction for back-end systems and ensure the implementation of scalable, efficient, and secure solutions. Collaborate with product, front-end, and operations teams to deliver seamless, integrated solutions. Oversee the optimization and troubleshooting of back-end processes and services. Implement best practices for coding, design, and testing across the team to ensure consistent quality. Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team. TələblərAt least 4-5+ years of experience as a Java developer. Management experience. Strong knowledge of Java 8 and above.

Solid understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, and Microservice Architecture Patterns. Experience with Restful services (Spring Boot). Familiarity with CI/CD processes. Experience working with RDBMS databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL). Basic knowledge of Linux is preferred. Experience With Web Servers (Apache Tomcat) Is Preferred. Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is preferred. Experience with message brokers (Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc. ) is preferred. Strong communication skills: fluent in Azerbaijani, good knowledge of English is a plus.
