ASSET INTEGRITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM SPECIALIST

Education And Work ExperienceHigher education (University degree or higher) in the Oil&Gas area and not less than 2 years of work experience as Asset Integrity Management Specialist. Main FunctionsImplement the Asset Integrity Management Framework,Assure the Asset Integrity Management Framework and Asset Integrity procedures, guidelines, work instructions. Coach and train KPO staff and contractors to increase their knowledge and understanding of Asset Integrity & Process Safety. Maintain and improve Asset Integrity Management Framework and Asset Integrity procedures by actively participating in the documents review feeding these with the feedback from key stakeholders.

Select the AI documents that need revision, include these in Annual Asset Integrity Plan and verify these are revised. Plan and Execute Assurance of the AI Management Framework and AI procedures, guidelines, work instructions, etc. to assure that the Asset Integrity Management Framework is applied to all operating assets in KPO. Propose assurance activities on a risk-based approach. Use e. g. , Barrier Model Tool records analysis and E-MoC Tool analysis to assure that procedures are properly applied. Identify improvements for the AI Management Framework and AI procedures, guidelines, work instructions, etc.

and ensure these are embedded by the document owners. Provide and maintain the interfaces which provide easy access to users of the AI procedures, as AI Intranet page, HSE Portal,Coach and train KPO staff and contractors to increase their knowledge and understanding of Asset Integrity and Process Safety. Establish a regular cycle of positive and constructive feedback on Asset Integrity and Process Safety topics to increase effectiveness in identifying and addressing Asset Integrity and Process Safety issues. Deliver assigned activities as per the Annual AI Plan. Perform other instructions of management / line management within its competence.
