Education And Work ExperienceHigher education (University degree or higher) in public relations and not less than 2 years of work experience as Sustainability Reporting Specialist.
Main FunctionsContribute to maintaining and enhancing KPO’s reputation by liaison with various stakeholders on sustainability matters;Provide sufficient support in issuing the annual Sustainability Report(s) and to contribute to sustainable development projects;Collect and analyse information and data from KPO Departments for including into the Sustainability report(s);Liaise with relevant KPO Departments responsible for submission of information and data for the Sustainability report(s);Provide support to Sustainability Reporting Section Head on maintaining and updating internal database for sustainability metrics according to the Global Reporting Initiative Guidelines and assist to analyze by benchmarking for new projects as needed;Monitor the Work Plan and Schedule on preparation of the Sustainability Report and inform the Sustainability Reporting Section Head in case of variance;Coordinate the organisation and provide support to Sustainability & Community Relations Manager and Sustainability Report Section Head in arranging the annual independent assurance audits for approving the Sustainability Report;Accompany the external assurance experts and auditors for sustainability reports during their meetings with other departments’ representatives;Coordinate the preparation and holding of the internal training courses and awareness raising events on sustainability issues;Provide regular updates of sustainable development activities on the Intranet portal and website, including the online case studies for the Operator companies’ sustainability reports;Support the Sustainability Reporting Section Head in performing evaluation of Sustainability Report content and its perception by the target audiences;Support in the Sustainability Stakeholder mapping process in the field of Sustainability Development;Administrate contracts and liaise with suppliers of the above mentioned duties;Perform other instructions of management / line management within its competence.
Necessary Knowledge And SkillsUpper-intermediate (B2) English level is an advantage on this role;Analysis, evaluation and processing information;Policies and procedures related to disclosure of information internally and externally;Multiple sources of information in the company;Graphic design, printing and publishing processes;Web development and operating processes;Print selection and briefing designers/photographers;Understanding of customer service;Excellent interpersonal skills;Good PR-writing and editing skills;Good planning and time management skills; Good PC skills (MS Office, Adobe Reader), skills of graphic design programmes (Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw); Good presentation skills;Ability to work constructively in a multinational environment.
