Key Account Manager – GCC (focus on Saudi Arabia)We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and develop our business across the GCC region, with a strong focus on Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate has solid experience in the beauty industry, working directly with major retail chains, pharmacies, and modern trade partners.Key responsibilities:Managing strategic accounts in Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC region (pharmacies, drugstores, key retailers).Driving sales growth, building long-term partnerships, and ensuring perfect in-store execution.Developing annual business plans, forecasting, and monitoring KPIs.Leading negotiations, listings, promotions, and trade marketing activities.Coordinating new product implementations and ensuring brand visibility and compliance.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar KAM role within the beauty, personal care, or FMCG sector.Strong understanding of the Saudi retail and pharmacy landscape Proven track record of managing high-volume accounts and delivering sales growth.Fluency in English and Arabic (both spoken and written).Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently, prioritize, and lead projects in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel across GCC when required.Nice to have / added value:Experience with omnichannel projects (offline + e-commerce).Knowledge of export operations, pricing structures, and regulatory requirements in GCC.Previous work with distributors or direct retail partnerships in GCC
