Kazakhstan-Presales Engineer

Responsibilities: • Responsible for technical communication, solution design, and customer demonstrations of Sangfor’s Cloud Computing and Cybersecurity products (such as Firewall, HCI, EDR, etc.); • Assist the sales team in analyzing customer requirements and providing complete technical solutions; • Provide technical support for product PoC testing, deployment, and project delivery; • Collaborate closely with the headquarters technical team to ensure successful project implementation; • Deliver basic training and technical enablement sessions for partners and customers.Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Security, Telecommunications, or a related field; • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or private cloud technologies; • Familiar with mainstream firewalls, virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, KVM), and HCI deployment; • Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VPN, network security policies, and system integration; • Fluent in English and Russian (both required for professional communication); • Strong communication, solution design, and presentation skills.Compensation and Benefits • Competitive base salary + performance bonus + project commission; • Comprehensive training system and career development opportunities; • Work directly with the HQ team and participate in international projects.
