System Administration Officer

Job Location: Head Office, Phnom PenhMain Duties And ResponsibilitiesSetup hardware, OS UNIX/Linux/Windows. Manage and perform server patching. Monitoring and maintenance Server, Storage and SAN Switch in Flexible manner. Manage and monitor Data Center Production and Backup Site. Manage, update IP phone gateway to ensure up to date and running smoothly. Control or monitor Data Center Production and Backup Site. Install of e-mail service for user in institution. Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems. Deal with all related IT issues at branches. Perform others tasks assigned by manager.

Key Selection Criteria And QualificationBachelor’s/ Master’s degree in IT/MIS or related fields. Good knowledge in server hardware, system storage and components. Good knowledge in install and configuration on Unix/Linux OS (Oracle Solaris, Redhat Linux). Good in virtualization environment (VMware) installation and management. Good understanding in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange Server, etc. Good understanding in Microsoft Office 365, Azure AD and Cloud base environment. Knowledge in data center facility and environment management. Flexible in troubleshooting. Experience In system banking or 24/7 server/networking environment. Good speaking and writing English.
