Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our Command and Control (C2) system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and visualizing real-time and historical data from a variety of sensors (e. g. , radars, PTZ cameras, drones) to support decision-making, system optimization, and customer reporting. This role involves working with large, mission-critical datasets stored in PostgreSQL, and presenting key insights through interactive dashboards, reports, and visual overlays. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze operational and sensor data from the Command & Control system stored in PostgreSQL databases.

• Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations to support operational monitoring, performance analysis, and incident review. • Work closely with product managers, system engineers, and field teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights. • Design data models, aggregate queries, and optimize SQL performance for analytical use. • Automate recurring reports and visualization processes to support ongoing operations and customer requirements. • Identify data quality issues and collaborate with engineering teams to improve data accuracy and consistency. • Support integration of geospatial and time-series visualizations (e. g. , field-of-view overlays, heatmaps, movement tracks). • Assist in interpreting system usage metrics to inform product development and system tuning.

Requirements: • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in defense, security, or real-time systems environments. • Strong SQL skills with experience querying and managing data in PostgreSQL. • Proficiency with data visualization tools (e. g. , Tableau, Grafana, Power BI, or custom dashboards using Python/JavaScript). • Experience working with geospatial data (PostGIS, GeoJSON, or similar) is a strong advantage. • Familiarity with time-series analysis and visual representation of streaming data. • Solid understanding of data structures, ETL processes, and data validation techniques. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
