For more information visit www.microleapasia.comAbout the Role: In this critical role, you will be responsible in achieving growth by acquiring, growing, and retaining Investors (Lenders) and Issuers (MSME Borrowers) through effective selling of microLEAP’s P2P Financing solution. Role is based in Kelantan and pay will be Salary plus Commission.Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic sales plans and targets in acquiring new Investors and IssuersWork closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and his team to achieve targets / budgetsStrengthen and continue expansion of our current sales networkDevelop new relationship whilst maintaining strong relationship with business partnersMonitor and report market trends, competitor analysis and proactively serve customer relationship managementWork closely with internal parties and solve issues with regards to operations, credit, and risk mattersReview and report weekly / monthly sales reportsDemonstrate commitment and adherence to company values and culture in day-to-day responsibilities and interactionsHandle any ad hoc tasks or projects allocated in consultation with C-levelQualifications:Minimum Bachelor's Degree or any equivalent professional finance qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, ICSA, CFP, CEILLI or PCILMinimum 3 years experience in Unit Trust, Wealth Management, Banking, Insurance, or other relevant Sales experienceGreat interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with a wide range of peopleAbility to work independently, highly self-motivated for successBasic Salary: RM3,000 – RM4,000 + Commission. The final salary will be determined based on your interview performance and relevant experience. Commission is provided as part of the compensation package for this Sales Manager position.
