The job holder will be responsible for demand planning, inventory management and product life cycle management to ensure sufficient inventory is available to support our Sales & Marketing department (For consumer and OTC products) in Egypt and other markets. The job holder will be responsible also for customer order management, order change management, delivery management, order status follow-up and customer complaint handling. ResponsibilitiesDuties & Responsibilities Responsible for Forecast Cycle: Liaises with distributor customers and local sales managers to determine forecast volumes & to communicate to local & regional supply planning team. Owns and facilitates the S&OP process and Supply Chain compliance.

Creates an optimal forecast process (Measurement, accuracy & error reporting)Responsible For Demand Planning ProcessSales projection, discussion and agreements of volumes with sales managersOptimal Inventory management cycle. Ensure FG timely deliveries and record any deviations by suppliers either J&J affiliates or approved third parties. Understanding of regulatory affairs constrains in the product life cycleResponsible For Master Data ProcessHandles the master data collection process and set up in time as well as communicating it to internal and external partners (Ex.

NPD and Merlin / Mosaic submissions)Handles all Demand Planning monthly reports submissionsManages data input to ensure high quality of information/documentation. Responsible For Co-packing ActivitiesResponsible for the co-packing process, Leading customization process for all customized items ON TIME PROMOTION DELIVERY / QTYSDefine new process according to SAP / Creating codes in SAPFollow up with all stakeholders to get packaging materials on timeHandling the Co-packing activity with our third party to achieve the promo calendar on time. Responsible For Customer Service ActivitiesAble to build strong customer relationships for business improvement. Responsible for customer satisfaction, measured against the Customer Satisfaction Survey (annually).

Responsible for the full cycle of Customer Order Management (Order issuing with different FG suppliers, either Kenvue affiliates or approved third parties, order scheduling and prioritization, order change management, delivery management, order status follow-up and customer compliant handling). Central contact person for Supply Chain & Operations team and distributors. Negotiates & manages customer relations and commitments. Works closely and co-ordinates with the Supply Chain Manager to integrate new products into the Supply Chain processesWorks closely within the Deliver organization in the importation process including approvals / documentation and customs clearanceExperience RequiredEducation: University Degree (Business / Supply Chain)Experience:

2-3 years experience in Supply Chain/Purchasing function or other closely related function within FMCG industry.
