Job Description/RequirementsJOB TITLE: CALL CENTRE AGENTSNATURE OF JOB: FULL TIMEINDUSTRY: BPOSALARY: KSHS. 24,000JOB LOCATION: NAIROBI WESTDuties And ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers for various purposes (e. g. , surveys, follow-up, or sales). Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer service during interactions. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively and promptly. Ensure all customer interactions are recorded accurately in the system. Meet daily/weekly targets for call volume and quality. Provide consistent feedback on customer trends and suggestions for improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company products/services.

Key Requirement Skills And QualificationDegree or Diploma in any field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills. Prior experience in a call centre environment is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude. Presentable, professional, and adaptable to changing environments.
