Provide consistent feedback on customer trends and suggestions for improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company products/services.
Key Requirement Skills And QualificationDegree or Diploma in any field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills. Prior experience in a call centre environment is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude. Presentable, professional, and adaptable to changing environments.
