This role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls while delivering exceptional service and driving sales conversions. Key RequirementsMust have prior experience in a CSR role (mandatory) Automotive Experience is a PLUS. Excellent English speaking skills with clear and confident communication. Ability to work 7 hours/day, 6 days/week (42 hours/week). Flexible to work shift schedules and anytime between operational hours of 7: 00 AM – 10: 00 PM Eastern Time.
