The Kepak Group are looking to recruit the right person for a permanent Forklift Driver role to cover our manufacturing facility in McCarren Meats in Cavan. This is an excellent position for a Food Science individual who is looking for an excellent role within a very supportive environment. Cavan Key ResponsibilitiesLoad and unload trailers in a safe and efficient mannerReceive/process shipmentsMove and stack materialsPick and scan orders Rotate floor stockGeneral housekeeping duties in the warehouse or production area and duties as assignedPerform general warehouse duties to maintain a smooth operationReport all breakages, damages or defaults of equipment to the Line Supervisor, ensuring all machinery is only used when it is safe to use.

Record checks as and when directedUse common warehouse management softwareEnsure that the product is of the highest standard and report any issues to your supervisor immediatelyCo-operate with all company training, asking questions and ensuring they feel satisfied in relation to all aspects of the area and role they are working inReporting any accidents or near misses is expected and assistance with any investigation is a prerequisite of the Company's safety policyNote:
