Answer telephonesWork with internal travel agent to schedule travel arrangements & book conference rooms for teamAssist in the preparation of presentationsAssist in preparation of authority for & routing of expenditures (AFE)Schedule meetings & answer questions regarding departmentSchedule all conferences and meetings for the weekAssist in clerical duties like copying, scanning, filing, and mailingMaintain department's office supply needsHelp with reception lunch coverage daily & back up as neededSupport will include development of spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel), typing (Microsoft Word) of inter-company and external documents, development of project schedules (Microsoft Project) and distribution of information (Teams)Establish & maintain select exploration digital and hard filesReception backup to the executive floor, if needed but is not a daily expectationAll other administrative duties as requiredThis is a long-term conctract, in-office role.
