Job Description

Role OverviewDelivers sales volume achievement and market share by developing strong business partnerships with customers in stores.Responsibilities:Promote and sell our portfolio of products to outlets/customers for stores.Evaluate and anticipate needs of the outlets/customers, recommend win-win solutions and build productive long lasting relationships.Forecast sales & trends and develop more effective sales plans to deliver on Sales strategies.Actively look for opportunities and follow up on sales leads.Work closely with Marketing to execute top-notch promotions and activation.Constantly maintain highest standards of execution and ensure brand presence & product availability.Gather insights and feedback on market trends to improve Sales performance.Requirements:Minimum SPM/Diploma in any fieldAt least 1 year field sales experience preferably in an FMCG environmentFluent in written & spoken EnglishHighly passionate about sales; with a proven track record is bestHas a good understanding of different sales techniquesStrong communication, negotiation/influencing and interpersonal skillsDriven, outgoing and is a self-starterComfortable with numbers and is IT literate (Microsoft Excel, etc)Must possess a valid full driving license.
