Key Account Executive

We are looking for a Key Account Executive who:Is a great active listener and expert problem solver to help find the right solutions for our clientsHas a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to develop strategies and take action to close deals and grow new business from cold calls and inbound warm leadsIs always looking to learn and improve – independent self-learners who love to share what they find & thrive in an environment that requires constant growth and learningPossesses strong communication skills, great leadership acumen, and unrivaled passion for the organization and its peopleWhat you will doManage and grow relationships with key accounts across the HR industry in IndonesiaIdentify and develop new business opportunities within existing and new clientsUnderstand client needs and provide tailored solutionsAchieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growthCollaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellenceMaintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry developmentsWork in accordance with applicable policies, processes, and procedures constituting Pulsifi’s Information Security Management System (ISMS).
